Reporting to: President & CEO
Direct Reports: Annual Fund Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Event Planner, Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Management, Donor Cultivation, Program Management, Departmental Budget Management, Special Projects.
Key Attribute: Fiscal responsibility and accountability for all philanthropic advancement activities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Mandatory 5-year-minimum proven successful experience in fundraising and development leadership.
- Superior verbal and written skills.
- Comfort interacting with all donors including C-level executives.
- Current Cincinnati area residents preferred.
