Cincinnati Ballet is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to join this growing arts organization at a monumental time in its history. The Major Gifts Officer is an essential forward-facing member of the Cincinnati Ballet Development team. They work in close collaboration with the Vice President of Philanthropy to develop, solicit, and execute development strategies. The Major Gifts Officer serves as the primary relationship manager of an assigned portfolio of Cincinnati Ballet’s individual donors and business partners.
This position requires an experienced relationship builder who has demonstrated talents in major gifts and legacy fundraising. Cincinnati Ballet is seeking first-rate communication skills, an exceptional level of attention to detail coupled with the ability to be adaptable, work independently and collaboratively. A background in the arts sector is preferred.
