In a cross-functional environment, the new Director of Individual Giving will join a collegial team of four augmented by external specialists in events and data management. Managing a priority list of 75 to 100 prospective major and planned giving donors, the DIG will collaboratively support colleagues in promoting philanthropy at all levels.
