Job Description


Cincinnati Preservation Association seeks a part-time Office Manager (20 hours per week). The Office Manager provides support to the overall organization, ensuring that the office is running smoothly, responding to phone and email inquiries, executing mailings, and assisting with special events.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a high degree of discretion, integrity, poise and tact. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone, email, and interpersonal, and time management ability. A strong desire to work in a non-profit organization and interest in the preservation of historic resources is preferred.

Candidates must have a minimum three years experience working in a professional organization. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Mail and Calendar are required. Experience in QuickBooks Pro Accounting software preferred.
