Session Description
New Chapter, New Seat: You at the Board Table
As experienced fundraisers transition from organizational leadership to board service, they bring a wealth of expertise and face unique challenges. Join Jay Shatz of BOLD Leadership Training for a presentation exploring what common pitfalls might present for career fundraisers now serving on a board. Together, we’ll discuss how to apply a lifetime of expertise without stepping into operational responsibilities. Participants will engage in a facilitated roundtable discussion to share experiences, wrestle with common scenarios, and learn from one another’s perspectives.
