What does the conversation sound like between a philanthropist and their wealth advisor? Why don’t more advisors encourage their clients to give? What aren’t the donors telling their advisors? Get inside the mind of a donor with Chris Flores, founder of Three Corners Capital, and learn how you can support your donors in creating the legacy they envision.
PRESENTERS:

Sara Kahmann, CFRE, Director of Philanthropy for St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati, has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years, spanning a variety of sectors and organizations of all sizes. She enjoys merging the art and science of fundraising to inform organizational strategy and operational infrastructure.
Sara has previously served in roles at the University of Cincinnati, The Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Women Helping Women, Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, and several arts organizations. In addition, Sara is currently the board president of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, and has served on various other boards and committees throughout the Greater Cincinnati community.
Chris Flores founded Three Corners Capital in 2008 with the mission: Make Your Money Make a Difference™. Chris believes money is a powerful force for good and works to integrate philanthropy and impactful investing with the vision that clients, communities, businesses, and the world can all win. Chris is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and is also a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® which emphasizes the cross disciplines of understanding people’s values, professional fundraising, tax, legal, and financial planning. Over the years, Chris has worked with hundreds of people/ families to align values and impact. Through it all, Three Corens Capital has helped give away tens of millions of dollars of annual and planned gifts, and has over $225 million dollars of assets under management with some degree of positive impact.
