But there’s a third source that often goes unnoticed: inner authority, the steadiness that comes from knowing who you are beneath your title, your image, and your ego. When inner authority gets overlooked, trust erodes, culture frays, and energy gets misdirected. When it’s aligned with power and authority, people and organizations thrive.
