A Fresh Take: Introducing The Idea Exchange

We’re excited to introduce The Idea Exchange—a reimagined version of our former Knowledge @ Noon series.

In response to feedback from our members, this new quarterly program uniquely designed for experienced planned giving professionals. Each session will feature a brief presentation, followed by roundtable discussions, during which attendees will apply their deep knowledge and experience for peer-to-peer idea exchange.

Join us after The Idea Exchange for the quarterly GCPGC social! At the May 28th social, we will be celebrating the 2025 – 2026 cohorts of Planned Giving on the Run.

We look forward to bringing our community together in a format that fosters fresh ideas, shared insights, and stronger connections.

Session Description

The Growth Plot: Designing Your Second Act

What if your next chapter isn’t about starting over—but about growing forward?

In this engaging and practical session, Sara Jackson introduces The Growth Plot, a simple but powerful framework designed to help individuals in transition reconnect with who they are, clarify what matters most, and take intentional steps toward a more aligned life.

Through personal stories and actionable guidance, Sara walks participants through how to:

  • Rebuild a sense of identity and belonging beyond a job title
  • Identify strengths, interests, and callings that often get overlooked
  • Create a realistic, flexible plan for what’s next—including new career paths and income streams

This session is both inspiring and practical—offering not just motivation, but a clear path forward for those ready to design a meaningful and sustainable second act.
