 LEAVE A LEGACY
Voices of Giving

LEAVE A LEGACY began as a public awareness campaign of the Partners for Philanthropic Planning and is designed to benefit non-profit organizations by educating the general public about the benefits of leaving bequests and other planned gifts to charity.  Voices of Giving, which grew out of that campaign, is an annual event that allows GCPGC members to recognize philanthropists who have made a bequest or other planned gift.  Through the recognition of donors, Voices of Giving also assists in the promotion of gift planning in the general public through the news media.  Professional advisors are also recognized for their efforts in educating clients about the benefits of leaving bequests to charity.

The event was held on June 16, 2010 at CET's Studio A and was emceed byJohn Lomax.   It was a huge success with over 165 in attendance.  Cocktails were served and catering was provided my Cincinnati Cooks!, a non-profit organization itself, created by the FreeStore FoodBank to provide an effective job training program to serve Cincinnati inner-city, low-income adults.
