TOPIC: What Should My Planned Giving Program Look Like?
This month’s presentation features a panel of fundraisers who have experience at non-profits with large established programs, small programs with little time for planned giving, and charities in between.
Do you feel pressured by your boss or your board to “take planned giving to the next level?” What does that even mean? Should every charity offer gift annuities, accept cryptocurrencies, and real estate?
There isn’t a one size fits all. Our panelists will share what planned giving looked like at different charities. You’ll understand how to build a program that is sustainable and raises more planned gifts.
Join us to hear about the critical pieces of planned giving infrastructure and creative ways to leverage existing resources to promote planned giving.
Amanda Miller- Most recently Amanda Miller was the Vice President at Otterbein SeniorLife. Prior to that Amanda was a fundraiser at The Ohio State University.
Kathann Koehler- Kathann has been the Planned Giving Manager at Xavier University for nearly 24 years.
